I haven't read the book myself yet but from all the reviews I've read, and other things I've seen written by Dr. May, it sounds so much like what we've taught at Green Mountain for years. And my overriding thought about that is that we have seen this approach help so many women get past struggles with eating and weight and start to live the lives they want. Kudos to Dr. May!
