I love the one about bragging - that is an awesome motivator! Let's face it - we all love a pat on the back, both from ourselves and from others, and this is a great way to get some.

The one I'd like to add is - never, ever, ever, ever exercise on an empty stomach, especially if you have a long fitness routine. I am not suggesting that you gobble a three-egg omelet with two strips of bacon and a waffle before you exercise. But eat something - even if it's a food bar and an apple. Better yet - dust off that blender and experiment with making your own fruit smoothies for some liquid taste and energy! And be sure to get a decent breakfast after you exercise.
